Account Manager

Thermal Shop is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join the project management team at their Cedar Rapids office. As a key player in this growing department, you will report directly to Thermal Shop’s top leadership team. If you bring a strong background in accounts management, business finance, and process improvement, demonstrating exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail- then we would be pleased to meet you. Benefits:

● Yearly salary $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

Project Management: From lead generation through the final inspection, oversee and manage the flow of jobs and clients through our sales and installation processes.

Sales Growth: Work with sales team to identify new prospects, generate leads, and take action on promising opportunities.

Auditing: Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Reporting: Provide routine reports detailing account metrics to the leadership team. Keep team members updated about current and upcoming projects, potential issues, areas for improvement, and successes.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients. Ensure seamless customer experiences.

Communication: Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages about new opportunities to provide services.

Team Projects: Assist team members with occasional projects outside the usual scope of work.

Ownership: Take ownership of and improve the roles, tasks, and responsibilities assigned to you.

Required Qualifications:

● Two year degree or equivalent work experience

● Strong understanding of the sales pipeline

● Ability to build and maintain client relationships

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

● Solution-oriented mindset

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

● Two years experience in the construction industry

● Ability to read and interpret building blueprints

● Strong ability to manage time and multiple tasks simultaneously

● Ability to work under pressure
